Music and Movement comes to Junior Academy

Guess what movers and shakers? Maybe a toddler wouldn’t know how to dance just yet, but they sure can move to music! Term 7 has started, which means a new class, a new schedule and more Flips. Fitness. and Fun!

Who: Your toddlers, ages 1-3
What: Music and movement class, teaching your kids how to dance and move to different sounds and music
When: Monday thru Friday from 9:15 to 10 a.m.
Where: Sonoma Gymnastics Academy!
Why: To start a lifestyle of Flips. Fitness. and Fun!

Toddlers will learn rhythm and rolling with their guardian in this class through hands-on movement exploration. Free form movement accompanied by musical interludes with various instruments will be sure to keep the kids happy and healthy through this 45 minute class. This is more than just a work out; it’s both a physical and mental exercise!
