Sonoma Gymnastics Academy is looking for motivated, fun and dependable individuals to work within our growing program. Individuals with interest or experience working with children ages 3-12 years old should apply. We offer training, competitive pay, benefits and a wonderful environment to work in!
Applicants must be able to work well in a team environment, have a healthy personality, and enjoy the sounds of children! Applicants should be dedicated to teaching children through positive reinforcement, using proper progressions and a FUN yet structured learning environment. Wage and benefits are based on experience, hours and longevity in our program.
Requirements:
Any person(s) hired will be required to complete a background check and safety certification courses as well as become a certified instructor within the first 30 days of employment.
Any person(s) hired must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Any person(s) must complete 3 shadow hours before hire to ensure compatibility.
