Originally from the Czech Republic, Lenka moved to the United States 20 years ago to compete in ballroom dancing. She met her husband, Nick, in New York and they came out to Sonoma County, had two kids, and found a taste of her rhythmic gymnastics background here with us at Sonoma Gymnastics Academy. We rely on Lenka for all of our morning classes and couldn’t live without her.

Keaton Davis – Xcel/Recreational Coach

Some people also know this young man as “the Flips for Tips guy”! Sonoma grown, Keaton started his gymnastics career at 8 years old, as an athlete at REG in Petaluma, where he trained and competed through level 9 in the boys JO program. Keaton is super enthusiastic not only to be back in the sport as a coach, but to bring gymnastics to his hometown, and give back to his community the same understanding, discipline, focus, and confidence that gymnastics taught him.

We are proud to have Coach Ashlei leading the Sonoma Cheer All Stars.
