Each week we will start with a warm up, practice skill work on two events, and cool down with a stretch. Events are rotated every week between floor, bars, beam, trampoline, and vault.

Attire: Students should wear a t-shirt with elastic waist-banded shorts/pants, or a leotard. Long hair must be pulled back in a ponytail. No jewelry, jeans, dresses, or skirts. Each student will need to bring a water bottle. Warm layers are recommended during the winter months.

Enrollment: Enrollment is for the full 8 weeks of the session. Students are AUTOMATICALLY ENROLLED from session to session until we receive a written drop notice. You must drop from a class by email BEFORE YOUR CARD IS CHARGED ON THE 25th. If you can no longer attend classes or chose to drop before the session has completed, NO REFUND will be given for missed classes unless the space can be filled by someone on the waitlist.

Payments: Tuition is listed for 1 class per week for an 8-week session. Payments will be processed on the 25th of the month prior to classes starting (See Session Calendar for exact dates). Current membership is REQUIRED for all classes and camps! (See FAQ page for more info).
