Do you want to try out our gym for a day before enrolling in classes? Are you trying to get a make-up class after being absent in a class you’re enrolled in? Would you like your child’s skills assessed to see if they’re ready for the next level? Then come to our Drop-In days!
Once per month during this hour-long class, the floor will be split into three groups of kids (1-3, 4-6, 8+). Coaches will allow little ones to enjoy use of our equipment, run obstacle courses, play, and learn new skills. No membership fee is required, and there’s no previous sign-up. Just show up and have some fun! Classes will be capped at 10 children per age group, so show up on time.
This class is $20 per child, and you will be asked to sign a waiver before participating. If you want to take it as a make-up class for an absence, check in with the front desk and the class will be FREE!

COST: $20 per child (FREE for Make-Up class students!)
IMPORTANT INFO: Please bring a water bottle and clothes that are comfortable to move in. Please also tie long hair back. Let us know if your child has any special needs so we can better accommodate them. If you would like a child to be assessed by a coach for skill level, please email us at info@sonomagymnasticsacademy.com BEFORE you arrive to class. We WILL cap attendance at 30 students, so arrive on time to be sure you can participate.
NOT NEEDED: Previous sign-up/enrollment, a gym membership, an account with SGA! This event is for EVERYONE!
UPON ARRIVAL:
-YOU MUST check in at the front desk! You will need to sign a waiver and pay the fee before participating in drop-in days. We accept cash (preferred) and card.
-Remove shoes before going onto the gym floor. Socks are okay, but barefoot prefered!
-Do not eat or drink on the gym floor.
-If your child is under 4 years of age, they MUST be accompanied by an adult while on the gym floor!
-Feel free to email us to let us know you’re coming. It’s not necessary, but we like knowing who’s coming, especially if you’re new! 🙂
