Music and Movement: Shake your groove thang with Lenka Benz at Sonoma Gymnastics Academy!
Music and Movement is currently on the schedule twice a week. Bring your toddlers in for some supervised free play around the gym to get their blood flowing and their bodies moving. Then, everyone gets together for circle time, singing all our favorite children’s songs, playing fun instruments and having a whole lot of fun!

No experience necessary! Every parent and child has fun and learns a lot with Coach Lenka.

Lenka makes sure the children are engaged in singing and dancing, developing their fine motor skills and their sense rhythm.
